How does this work?
You will provide us with your child's name, gender and your whatsapp number. After checkout, you will receive a Whatsapp message on the number you have provided to confirm your order and ask you to provide us with your child's photo. It's important you provide a valid Whatsapp number as this is crucial to submit the photo and receive information about your order.
From the date the photo is submitted , the PDF version of your book will be ready within 3-5 working days. Once approved by you, the printed book will be delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.
Disclaimer: you will have up to 48 hours to approve the PDF. If not approved by then, it will be automatically assumed that the PDF is approved and we will proceed with printing.

ما هي آلية عملنا؟
ستقومون بتزويدنا باسم الطفل أو الطفلة وتحديد جنسهم من خلال الخيارات أدناه بالإضافة إلى تزويدنا برقم واتساب. بعد اتمامكم عملية الشراء, سنقوم بالتواصل معكم عبر الواتساب لتأكيد الطلب حيث بإمكانم تزويدنا بصورة أطفالكم. من الضروري تزويدنا برقم واتساب فعّال لتتمكنوا من متابعة طلبكم وإرسال الصور.
عند استلام الصورة, يستغرق ملف ال بي دي اف من ٣-٥ أيام عمل. نرسل لكم الملف للتأكيد والموافقة. عند الموافقة, سيستغرق الكتاب المطبوع من ٧-١٠ أيام عمل من تاريخ الموافقة.
ملاحظة هامة:
سيكون لديكم ٤٨ ساعة للموافقة على ملف ال بي دي اف. اذا لم تتم الموافقة خلال هذه المهلة, سنعتبر أن الموافقة قد تمت وسنقوم بطباعة الكتاب وارساله لكم
