Shipping policy

You will provide us with your child's name, gender and your whatsapp number. After checkout, you will receive a Whatsapp message on the number you have provided to confirm your order and ask you to provide us with your child's photo. It's important you provide a valid Whatsapp number as this is crucial to submit the photo and receive information about your order.

From the date the photo is submitted , the PDF version of your book will be ready within 3-5 working days. Once approved by you, the printed book will be delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.

Disclaimer: you will have up to 48 hours to approve the PDF. If not approved by then, it will be automatically assumed that the PDF is approved and we will proceed with printing.
